Hello and welcome to Henry's Kitchen
where today I'm going to be teaching you
how to make Henry's famous green bean
casserole muffin
cups. I also want to announce that I'll

The ingredients we'll be needing for
today's recipe are two cans French cut
green beans, two cups French crispy
onions, 3/4 cups milk, Campbell's cream
of mushrooms condensed soup, and one
Black & Decker pepper grinder. We will
also need three mixing bowls. Let's
start by draining our green
beans. This thing always gets stuck.
doesn't work
properly. There we go. You just want to
drain all the water out while you're
opening it to save
time. Dump our beans out into a work
bowl. Then we'll open our cream of
mushroom soup.
Pour this into a separate work
bowl. Try to get it all out of
there. This thing
sucks. Now, let's add 3/4 cups milk.
Grind some cracked pepperc corns in
there. Pour in our green
beans. Pour in one cup crispy French
fried
onions. And now you want to fold it
up. You know, when I was in high school,
we played a prank on our friend Chad. We
told him that Rachel, the most popular
girl in school, had a crush on him.
So, one day during lunch, he asked her
out and she actually said yes and then
they started making out in front of
everybody. We really got him
good.
Okay. It looks like I forgot to
preheat the oven. I'm going to do that
right now at 350F.
Okay. So, I've got a muffin tin here and
I'm just brushing it with a little bit
of olive
oil. And I'm going to take our green
bean mixture here and I'm just going to
pour it a little bit of it into each
individual tin
hole to make muffin cups.
And then we want to top these with our
crispy onions. But unfortunately, it
looks like we
used we're just going to put these
funions into a plastic baggie. And I'll
use the pounding method that I've shown
before to get them nice and
crumbly. I'm actually kind of proud of
myself now that I've learned how to sort
of problem solve when things go wrong in
the kitchen.
Sprinkle these over
top. Okay, let's put these in the
oven. Help me make it through the night.
cuz I am
tired and
alone. Help me make it through the
night cuz I don't like
myself. Okay, now we just want to scoop
out our muffins and stack them on a
towel lined platter here.
Unfortunately, these don't seem to have
held on to their muffin form. So, I'm
just going to scoop them out as more of
a casserole
situation.
Okay. And then maybe we can actually
pour this out onto a regular dining
plate.
