that. So, last week, Jen and Jarice took
on Clarendon. This week we're gonna find
out what's happening for our Manchester
leg of our improvement works. Let's go

Case. Hi there. So sorry to interrupt.
Can I borrow Rick for just a second or
two come to you? So we're here in the
cool cool hills of Manchester and I know
that you're the feeder owner for this
project. So I want you to tell us what
does that look like and what are some of
the things that you're here doing today?
Okay. So as the feeder owner, I'm in
charge of the improving the reliability
on this feeder. The work that we're
doing today is between Balkaries and
Banana Ground and we will be impacting
about 600 customers. So 600 customers
will see improved reliability service
but not only that a more resilient
service. So we're changing poles today,
changing out insulators. So definitely
when we clean up here now the persons
here should have a safe and reliable
power supply. Awesome. We're so happy to
see what's happening here today. We're
going to talk to some of the customers,
some of the other team members, and
we're wishing you a safe outage today.
Hey guys. So, right behind me right now,
Asha has Damian. Now, Damian is the
outage commander, and we want to know
what that means. So, let's go interrupt
them.

How are you? I'm good. I'm good. I'm
good. So, a little birdie told me that
you are the outage commander. What does
that mean? All right. So outage
commander means that today I am in
charge of ensuring that this outage runs
smoothly uh and and managing the outage.
So we understand that it's an
inconvenience for customers having these
outage days but they are very necessary
and what we do is try to ensure that
strategically the way we do it on a day
like today when we are going to take out
all of the customers in the area we
maximize the amount of work that is
being done. Right? So once we do this
today, we expect that for weeks, months,
you'll be having good service, reliable
service, and you won't have unplanned
OTG. So I have one last question. Can I
climb a pole today? Are you certified?
No. To climb a pole? No. But I am
passionate. No. Passion alone will not
work. Okay. It's okay.
