hi everyone my name is Igor Presnyakov in this
series we're going to talk about historic guitars
guitars that have built the world my favorite
guitars are not necessarily expensive ones just
remember each guitar has a soul and character they
are built for the people and they are built by the
people to play them to enjoy them and every
time I'm playing them I have a deep respect
for people who have made them who put their souls
in it and each guitar deserves to be talked about
for instance let me show you folks this amazing
epic instrument currently we are trying out a new

below it originally comes from Italy it was
made by a little guitar mandoline atala shop
in Sicily called Sgroi Sylvestri and they were
founded if I'm not mistaken in 1891 and they
handmade it since then till the middle of 20th
century and what makes this Ace special it's
age you see the name in carved here Sylvestri it's
ridiculously lightweight and it has a big tone for
such relatively small instrument the though it's
made from Spruce top mahogany back and sides and
also what make this guitar special it's cutaway
model you see I did a little research on the net
and I could not find any Sylvestri guitar of this
age with the cutway if you can find something like
this with the cutway please let me know the
strings a little high though but I can manage
them I deliberately didn't touch anything about
this guitar to preserve its originality another
special thing about this guitar it can handle both
Nyon strings and steel strings and this occasion
it is nylon strings the neck is straight and
true very comfortable has nice patina to it the
story about this guitar goes like this I saw this
guitar at the garage sale and I immediately fell
in love with this you know what they say always
buy something you never seen before so I did
I follow this advice and I never
regret it since then because this
guitar deserves to be played the sound
is amazingly clear and cutting through
each vintage instrument has a big amount
of amazing stories around it but the most
amazing one is guitar itself we are trying
