unique and really useful vehicles and
people whether they run on Rails or Road
air or sea human or cranes they all do
their part to make Sodor a wonderful
place to live and
work today we will be spotlighting one
of

he doesn't look at day over 80 scarlo as
his name suggests works on the scalli
railway he is the railway's number one
engine scari arrived on the island from
the mainland in the very early days of
sudor
when scalli began work he was rather
annoyed when he learned he'd be pulling
trucks instead of passengers so annoyed
he refused to steam up and the Workman
shut him in the sheds eventually Scar's
attitude changed and he happily did the
work he was assigned however it was
discovered that he would shake at high
speeds even once knocking the manager
off the foot
plate I will not be riding back in that
Bronco when ress arrived on the railway
scarlo was given an extra pair of wheels
and a cab which quickly went to his
Smoke Box and made him very conceited
but after an incident with a landslide
and been rescued by reneas scari gained
the experience that makes him the
engineer is
today now scari still runs the railway
as hard as he did in his younger years
and often tries to pass on his knowledge
to the younger engines look sah Handel
you need to change your ways become a
better
engine whether or not they choose to
listen to Scar's advice is always up to
them which can sometimes lead the
younger engines into
trouble but scalli never puts them down
and will always help a friend in
need which is why he is a really useful
engine and there you have it
